Octonorm shell scheme stand

Benefit from the presence and convenience of a professional stand, without the cost of having it purpose built.

The shell scheme option will be supplied and erected by the show contractors, and includes carpet and a fascia name board on all open sides.

Space only

Exhibitors have the option to take floorspace only and erect purpose built stands.

Website

You'll have editorial space and your logo displayed on the NEW START SCOTLAND site. This can drive substantial traffic to your website, generating new business even before the exhibition.

The website will remain live for a month after the event as a useful information source for visitors and those unable to attend.

Visitor and registration data

You can benefit from immensely valuable visitor and registration data from our website visitors.

Exhibitor Training

NEW START SCOTLAND is a groundbreaking event, so many exhibitors will be new to exhibitions.

Insight Events will provide a free booklet on how to get the most from an exhibition, and a free personal training session can be arranged to help both experienced and new exhibitors benefit from the expertise of our event management team.

Press Office

An event of this size generates a huge amount of pre and post show publicity in both national and regional media, which not only generates visitors and registrations for the event but can produce positive coverage for exhibitors. Insight Events have a local press office that will liaise with exhibitors to determine the most effective method of gaining media coverage.

Information leaflets

Insight Events produce 200,000 information leaflets to promote the event. These are designed to encourage visitors to register and visit the event. Exhibitors are provided with the leaflets free of charge to promote their presence at the event.

Exhibitor networking party

After the opening day of the show Insight Events organise an exhibitor networking party which is an excellent opportunity to meet and build business relationships with other exhibitors at the event.
